Omega Healthcare to buy MedEquities Realty in a deal valued at $600 million

Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. OHI, announced Wednesday a deal to buy fellow real estate investment trust MedEquities Realty Trust Inc. MRT,in a cash and stock deal valued at $600 million. Omega's and MedEquities's stocks were still inactive in premarket trade.

The common stock dividend is payable Friday, February 15, 2019 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Thursday, January 31, 2019.

Bei Onvista wurden mir wieder alle Dividenden aus 22 storniert. Mal sehen wann die Korrektur Buchung folgt.

ist das wegen der unterschiedlichen steuerlichen Behandlung in den USA? in ihrem Report setzt sich die Dividende zusammen aus 47% taxable ordinary Income, 4% Return of Capital und 49% Capital Gain. In den Staaten wäre jede Position anders zu besteuern, in D meines Wissens alles in einen Topf.

Return of capital ist doch kein Gewinn. ME daher steuerfrei in Dland.
