U.S. stocks, overall, hold onto their gains as investors' worries about the inflation outlook ease and cryptocurrencies rebound from Sunday's dip.
"Inflation concerns have lessened; there's more of a wider recognition that inflation will be transitory," Kleinwort Hambros Chief Investment Officer Fahad Kamal told the Wall Street Journal. It's also a result of the realization that the U.S. has likely reached the fastest part of its recovery and will likely continue at a slower pace, he added.
