Die höchsten Verschuldungsquoten wurden in Griechenland (194,5 Prozent), Italien (150,3 Prozent), Portugal (125,5 Prozent), Spanien (118,3 Prozent), Frankreich (112,8 Prozent), Belgien (109,2 Prozent) und Zypern (101,0 Prozent) registriert.
