Dollar holds on to losses after Fed raises interest rates but guides for fewer hikes in 2019
The U.S. dollar bounced back from its session low on Wednesday but remained in the red after the Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points, in line with expectations. The central bank lowered its expected number of rate hikes in 2019 from three to two.
