Essex Property (ESS) Beats Q1 FFO Estimates, Raises Outlook
Essex Property Trust Inc. ESS reported first-quarter 2019 core funds from operations (FFO) per share of $3.23, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $3.19. Core FFO per share improved 4.5% from the year-ago quarter figure of $3.09.
