Robo Global Robotics and Automation Index ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the ROBO Global Robotics and Automation Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of the index or in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of robotics-related and/or automation-related companies. The fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in investments that are not included in the index, but which the Adviser and Sub-Adviser believe will help it track the index. It is non-diversified.
