Schön, dass so eine ETF-Strategie jetzt einen Thread hat. Ich bin gerade dabei, ein paar Wohnungen zu verkaufen (bei 35-facher Nettokaltmiete glaube ich da an eine Blase), das Geld werde ich auch in eine ETF-Strategie a la Kommer stecken.

Performance ist enttäuschend, analog S&P500. Ist aber langfristig ausgelegt. Bisher habe ich suksessiv 30% des ETF befüllt. 70% sind noch Cash. Den Nachkauf werde ich publizieren, aber wohl nicht online dokumentieren. __________________

Ich habe vorsorglich alles glattgestellt. Der Verlust beträgt mehr als 10%.

Die Schwellenländer haben einen langen Weg zurückgelegt. Im Jahr 2017 trieben sie fast die Hälfte des weltweiten BIP-Wachstums voran - gegenüber 20% im Jahr 1987.
