Was willst du machen, im Einzel auf Aphria oder Scotts Miracle setzen oder gleich den größeren Zugriff mit Alternative Harvest oder Merdia Merger?
Ich möchte ja auch gerne dabei sein, jedoch fällt mir ziemlich wenig dazu ein.



Vor Jahrzehnten haben ein Kumpel und ich uns damit auseinandergesetzt, einen sogenannten Hanfladen aufzumachen, Einzel oder Franchising. Das ist es dann gewesen mit meinen Ideen dazu.

Cannabis stocks enjoyed a second straight day of strong gains Friday, led by Aurora Cannabis Inc., on growing expectations that Democrat Joe Biden will win the 2020 presidential race and lead a reform effort that will put a spark under the still nascent sector.
“While Tuesday night’s election did not clearly show who America thinks should lead the nation, it did make clear that we are united on replacing our country’s archaic cannabis laws,” said the Cannabis Consumer Policy Council.

Canadian marijuana stocks that trade on major U.S. exchanges largely rallied through early November, after five U.S. states voted to legalize cannabis and Democrat Joe Biden won the presidential election. Does that make those marijuana stocks good buys now?


New Jersey, Arizona, Montana and South Dakota on Election Day approved ballot measures to legalize recreational marijuana. South Dakotans also backed creating a medical marijuana program for people with severe medical conditions. After President-elect Biden's transition formally began, marijuana stocks jumped again.

Biden has said he supports federal marijuana decriminalization. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris has sponsored the MORE Act, a proposed measure that, among other things, would take pot off the list of controlled substances.

Cannabis-industry executives have also predicted a domino effect — with newly legal states pressuring neighboring states to legalize in an effort to prevent a flight of tax revenue. And they say more legal states increases the likelihood the government takes action to roll back restrictions on a national level.

President Trump has not yet technically conceded the race. Legal reform could be dampened if the GOP holds onto the Senate, where two runoffs set for January will ultimately determine the balance of the chamber. The marijuana industry's finances are, in many ways, still a mess.....

Post-election run for beleaguered Canadian cannabis stocks like Aurora and Sundial continues ahead of decisions about removing bans on the drug

Cannabis stocks continued their post-election rise from the ashes Monday, ahead of votes this week regarding decriminalization in the U.S. House of Representatives and at the United Nations.

Just after markets closed early on Black Friday, the House announced a scheduled vote Wednesday on the Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act. The bill, known by the acronym MORE, would decriminalize marijuana on the federal level and make other changes, though it is unlikely to become law soon because the U.S. Senate has not shown willingness to act on it.

The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs will begin meeting on Wednesday as well, and is expected to vote on World Health Organization recommendations related to cannabis. The most prominent suggestion is to remove cannabis from a list of illegal narcotics, which — while largely symbolic — could help with legalization efforts in several countries, especially regarding medicinal marijuana..........

Die Gegenstimmen kamen vor allem aus den Reihen der Republikaner. Der Gesetzesentwurf dürfte im Senat scheitern, denn in dieser Parlamentskammer haben die Republikaner die Mehrheit...........
